What I should have been reading on the plane…. (see books on Peru)

Sourrounded by all the duty free shops such as Coach, Hermes, Godiva, there was this adorable Hershey’s kiss. 

Some of the best movies have to be those shown on interminably long flights. Yes, the audio is terrible, even with a decent set of quality little ear buds or worse yet the plane supplied head phones. Maybe you have a pair of noise cancelling super ear muffs? With the constant hum of the jet engine and low soft muttering of people and the occasional baby crying, it’s a different audio experience. Not to mention the itty bitty screens. 

And yet..there are movies that just need to be added to our repertoire of cinematic experiences. Films that enrich, inspire and enlighten our being. 

Oh, yes. The specific film, you ask?

The Man Who Knew Infinity

….To quote Tatu From Fantasy Island…Does anyone out there remember that TV show? 

Not to worry. I made it onto the plane… after being discovered hanging out on Cinders backpack. I thought she wouldn’t notice or at least wouldn’t mind if I tagged along. Heehee. 

My first plane flight! Over the fluffy cottony clouds. Is that where the stuffie creators gathered the fluff for my innards? I wonder.

Oh, BTW, I’m no longer a random super adorable stuffie. I’m officially Fufu. Named after my ancient ancestor, the honorable, Fufu the 1st. Surely, you’ve heard of him?

Look what I found hitchhiking on my backpack this morning. An elephant. Seriously? 

Since we will be roaming Peru together guess he needs a name. Since family tradition names all stuffies of the elephant sort Fufu, henceforth he will be called Fufu. 

On the first leg of our trip to Peru. Next stop LAX. Tight schedule to catch an international flight. Hope the flight angels are with us.

Who are ‘us’? Well, besides, Fufu, our adventure group includes my wonderful hubby. 

Packed and loaded. Excited and ready for our adventure!! Hi, I’m Fufu. I’ll be your narrator for a fabulous excursion to Peru. All vaccines, immunizations, and Malaria pills- check! Passport- check! But, shhhh. … I’m not sure if my caretaker knows I’m hitching a ride with her or not.  Heehee.
